All SoloThreads products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
We only accept returns or replacements if:

The wrong item was received
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
Approved replacements will be processed at no additional cost.
Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.
